The Service Agreement is an agreement that Elizabethtown Heating and Cooling will provide regular scheduled maintenance to your home's heating and/or cooling unit. Performing regular maintenance will keep your unit operating at peak efficiency, lower the risk of an emergency system failure, prolongs the life of your equipment, and helps maintain the factory warranty. We will come once a year for your heating system and/or cooling system to insure everything is running properly. We offer Discounts on Service Contracts for Veterans & Senior Citizens, call for details.

When you sign a service agreement you are also signing up to save money. Included with the service agreement is:

• Preventative Maintenance once/twice per year
• Courtesy calls to remind you to schedule your cleaning at a time that is convenient for you
• 15% Discount off all Parts used during a service call
• Priority Service
• Maintains Factory Warranty
• Improved Air Quality
• Same Rate - day, night, weekend and Holidays - no afterhours charges
• Discount off New Heating & Cooling System Replacement (up to $500)
• Included a Standard 1" Replacemen Filter
• No Diagnositc/Trip Fee's ($50 savings per service call)

  *Note: Some units may be obsolete which could make it difficult or impossible to get parts.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

You'll be excited to learn that our Service Agreements are very reasonably priced and the lowest in the area.
Our plans cost $295 (plus tax) to service your system twice a year or $170 (plus tax) for once a year service (and don't forget about all the discounts you receive as well).

Additional cost for Oil Systems.

Agreements are good for one year from the date it's signed. Agreements will not renew automatically, BUT you will receive a new agreement to sign one month prior to the expiration of your agreement. If you would like to renew, just sign the new agreement and mail it back.

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU MOVE?

We understand that some may be hesitant to sign a service agreement because they will be selling their home and/or moving. Great News!!! If you sell your home you have two options, you may transfer the remaining time on the current agreement to the new owners of the property or we can transfer the remaining time and services on your agreement to your new residence.
